How are my ebooks/audiobooks delivered?

They are delivered via a link in your confirmation email, and you'll also get an email from BookFunnel - to the email you used at checkout. Make sure to check your spam/promotions tabs. Your ebooks/audiobooks will also be in your BookFunnel library: https://bookfunnel.com/my-bookfunnel-library/

How can I listen to my audiobooks?

I've pre-ordered an ebook/audiobook, what happens now? 

The ebook or audiobook will be sent to you by BookFunnel, and will also be sent to your library. Both use the email you used at checkout.
